A prime location right in the middle of West Third. One would think that the spot would fill up with eager restaurateurs looking to take advantage of all the synergy. And yet, Ortolan is still empty after over three years. Any idea what's happening at this spot, which is quickly becoming a dump? Ideas welcome in the comments. [~ELA~]
