Cafe Crepe, a Canadian chain with an outlet on Third Street Promenade, is opening another spot inside Downtown LA's Union Station before the end of the year, reports Brigham Yen. It'll sit across from Traxx and plans to offer some patio seating that looks out onto one of the most gorgeous rooms in the city. [Brigham Yen]
