Thanks to a trademark issue with Midwest chain Pot Belly, Pork Belly's is changing up their brand and logo to Chop Daddy's. The same menu and offerings, just a name that doesn't sound anything like the uber-Subway/Quizno's-type franchise sandwich shop (which has no outlets in L.A.). In addition, Pork Belly's in Hollywood will be taking on the Chop Daddy moniker, while the owner writes in to say that all future shops will take on the new name, "and there will be a lot of them." Expect a Chop Daddy invasion in L.A. soon.
