Inside Bistro du Soleil, soon to be Bacari
Bacari PDR, the new Westside concept from Robert and Daniel Kronfli (Bacaro LA, Nature's Brew) and chef partner Lior Hillel, will feature a similar menu of Mediterranean "cicchetti" or Italian small plates. The wines will also converge from around the world while a craft beer menu gets added onto the menu. In addition, they'll offer a full bar and craft cocktail program, as well as small plates brunch available on the outdoor patio. The eating in Playa del Rey is certainly on the uprise, starting with The Tripel and Playa Provisions from Brooke Williamson, and now Bacari. The space should be ready by mid to late July.
