3 Square Tapas Pop-Up; Flamzz Open in Pasadena

VENICE—As of June 5, Cesar Bermudez of Cafe Rockenwagner, who trained at Spain's El Bulli, commenced a pop-up called La Sal, a tapas bar at 3 Square Cafe on Abbot Kinney from Wednesday to Saturday, 6 to 11 p.m. Dishes include preserved tuna salad, goat cheese toast, flan and more for a taste of Barcelona right in Venice.
