The Kosher Palate Opening T.K.P. Provisions in Redondo

More South Bay restaurant news. Michelle Grant, formerly of the Grilled Cheese Truck, is poised to open T.K.P Provisions in Redondo Beach next week. Hitting the beach scene hard with a spot right on PCH two blocks from the beach, T.K.P., which stands for The Kosher Palate, will be serving up an eclectic array of specialty sandwiches, prepared foods and freshly pressed juices, all certified Glatt Kosher. Folks may have seen the Kosher Palate truck roaming the streets for a while now, and T.K.P. represents the first brick and mortar for the team, who are actively seeking to bring Kosher meals to traditionally underserved items.
