The New Potato chats with Ilan Hall, who seems to be making quite a residency in New York with the second iteration of The Gorbals inside a Brooklyn Urban Outfitters. Says the Knife Fight host: "Food TV has really blown up in the past few years. Some shows are better than others. But in the end I think it's all good for the industry, especially if it makes people realize where their food is coming from." [TNP]
