Wildcraft Sourdough Pizza is now just Wildcraft, a change that chef Tin Vuong and owner Jed Sanford (Little Sister, Dia del Campo, Abigaile) promoted so that the near-ideal location in Culver City could prepare more than than just pizzas (though the place did offer some other dishes). Currently closed for the re-format until a re-opening in August, the team has also pulled in chef Bryant Wigger, formerly at Trattoria Neapolis, who will become the new executive chef of Wildcraft. While the new menu will have more than pizza, the wood-fired pies will remain on the menu. In addition, they're gearing up for a liquor license that will allow the place to serve cocktails.
