Cascabel's Transformation Nearly Complete in Toluca Lake

Taking over the former D'Cache, Top Chef alum Alex Eusebio and wife Sara Mann Eusebio (Sweetsalt) are just a bit closer to opening up Cascabel, a Mexican restaurant focused on seafood and modern Latin dishes. With an opening date scheduled for some time in August, look forward to enjoying Eusebio's cuisine some specialty margaritas and other cocktails.
