Today, big news that the U.S. Bank Tower in Downtown, currently that highest skyscaper on the West Coast, would be getting about $50 Million in upgrades, including an observation deck that would bring in thousands of tourists to the building, plus a new restaurant on the 71st floor. While they haven't announced which restaurant would take over, what restaurant concept or group would work best in that space?
