Here's the first peep inside Suave Rico, Ricardo Zarate's impending fast-casual rotisserie chicken joint that will populate this cold shell at Culver Crossroads, right next to Sage and the now defunct Kimukatsu (talk about a short date there). In the meantime, some of the conceptual drawings and sketches are actually on the white drywall, affording a sneak peek into how a replicable concept like Suave Rico, just might take off from one single location. Ground hasn't quite broken, so it might be reasonable expect that an opening date by the end of this year will be unlikely. That is, unless Zarate's team can expedite construction.
