Del Frisco's Grille, the more casual outlet of the nationwide steakhouse chain that already has a spot in Santa Monica, is opening a second location eastward, this time all the way in tony South Lake Avenue in Pasadena. This report in the City of Pasadena shows the conditional use permit with nearly 8,000 square feet, a full liquor license, and operation until 11 p.m. daily. No word on when the place will actually break ground or open, but there's another higher end chain eatery headed to Pasadena.
