Details on This Year's FoodGPS Fried Chicken Fest Aug 17

Once again, the FoodGPS Fried Chicken Fest hits Downtown, though the venue's changed over to Chinatown's Central Plaza (just like the recent Rib Fest).

On the docket at this year's crusty bonanza, which takes place from 4 to 7 p.m. on August 17, BadMaash, Craft, Eggslut, Free Range LA, Homegirl Cafe, Kris Morningstar, Ladies Gunboat Society, and Superba Food + Bread. Also for dessert, McConnell's Ice Cream, Quenelle, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and Valerie Confections.

In addition, Jason Bran and Damian Windsor are putting together the cocktails. Finally, juice from Bolthouse Farms (because we'll all need something healthy to wash it down) and Portola Coffee. Pick up $65 general admin (or $90 VIP) pre-event tickets here.
