The Carving Board Landing at Old Tlapazola in West LA

Coming just off the heels of The Carving Board's Hollywood debut this week, owner David Adir tells Eater that the budding chain already taken over the former Tlapazola space on Gateway in West LA with plans to open in three months or so. That of course, depends on permits and construction, but since it's a previous restaurant space, it could go relatively smoothly. The thoughtful sandwich purveyor also has plans to open a location in Burbank.
