Neal Fraser's Vibiana project in Downtown, called Redbird, is finally getting close to realization, as the chef posted this photo on Instagram earlier today. The longtime eatery, which was originally announced back in September of 2009, is finally showing some real progress despite years of anticipation. Though slated to become the second location for the now retired Grace, Fraser's Redbird now has the power of Bill Chait (Bestia, Sotto) behind it. Fraser's also working on ICDC, a donuts and ice cream shop built out of the current bld space and the slot next door.
