ALL OVER — So what are the hottest restaurants in Sin City right now? Where should you go out to dinner between hitting the tables and the nightclubs? The answers to those burning questions are here in the Eater Vegas Heatmap and Eater Vegas 38.
VENETIAN — One of the most exclusive restaurants in Las Vegas opens to the public (sort of) for one night when Glenlivet throws a scotch-pairing dinner at Paiza Club, the chichi restaurant usually only open to high rollers. Maybe a taste of Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich are more your style. The duo starts throwing exclusive weekly dinners on Thursday nights at B&B Ristorante, with the first featuring fare from Babbo.
ARIA — Michael Mina's American Fish shutters to make way for Bardot Brasserie, his take on the French brasserie. Expect a roving shellfish cart, foie gras en croute, steak frites and other brasserie fare when it opens this winter.
LAS VEGAS — Yojie Japanese Fondue, which has locations in Los Angeles, plans to bring its shabu shabu to Sin City. No location announced yet, but expect clean marble top counters, built in burners and stools lined up
