Lisa Vanderpump's Villa Blanca Hits the Sales Rack

Lisa Vanderpump, the fabulous restaurateur/Real Housewife of Beverly Hills, is selling her first L.A. endeavor, Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills, reports TMZ. The report states that Vanderpump initially only wanted to get an appraisal for the space because of supposed interest, but the five-year old restaurant is now listed with Hilton & Hyland, a brokerage firm.

Over the years, Villa Blanca, which really launched Vanderpump's television career, has been hit with multiples troubles, including health code violations, cardboard pieces in food, and lawsuits. Still, the Golden Triangle eatery manages to live on for half a decade, with a steady flow of Yelp reviews and a workable 3.5 star average. Anyone to buy a slice of trashy TV history?
