The night club scene in Hollywood keeps evolving, with Project Los Angeles recently debuting next to Hemingway's. Now comes word that Couture, the smaller, more intimate lounge and club along Cahuenga is on the market for $1.05 Million with a "grandfathered" 47 license, fully build out interior and over 6,000 square feet for revelers. This doesn't include the real estate, just the leasehold and fixtures for a prime club location in Hollywood. Interested parties can email here. Couture opened in late 2012 as the first fashion-inspired club in L.A.
