Just the right kind of event to cap off The Five Days of Meat, the FoodGPS Rib Festival has released the full menu of meaty bites for this weekend on July 13 (actually, it would make it the 6th day of meat). Taking place in Chinatown's historic Central Plaza (and right next to the Bruce Lee statue), chefs from around town will be preparing a slew of rib dishes from beef rib, pork ribs, and even lamb ribs. The chef lineup includes chi SPACCA's Chad Colby, Seoul Sausage Co's Chris Oh, and The Spice Table's Bryant Ng. Check out the full menu below, with tickets available here.
