Cafe Gratitude has a knack for finding some of the best buildings in the most ideal parts of town. First, the northern section of Larchmont, then the bright confines of Venice's Rose Avenue. Here now, reports Daily Dish, comes Cafe Gratitude's third location in the biggest development ever to hit the Arts District: One Santa Fe. A debut is scheduled for the early part of 2015. The large white building dotted with square windows will be home to a multitude of concepts, including Van Leuween ice cream and GROW, a high-end market.

Interior design at this location comes from Venice outpost and Gracias Madre designer Wendy Haworth, while CEO Lisa Bonbright says that the all-vegan, all-organic menu will mostly be propped up by local farmers markets and Gratitude founders' Matthew and Terces Engelhart's Be Love Farm in Vacaville. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they'll offer Stumptown coffee, pastries, and cleanses a-plenty.
