CAESARS PALACE — Pure Nightclub is undergoing a massive, $38 million renovation, and Eater Vegas has the first word on what changes to expect. One new feature? Skyboxes to look down on the party scene below.

THE CROMWELL — New York Times food critic Pete Wells isn't impressed with the food at Giada, the pint-sized Food Network star, although he does say there's no mistaking that this is De Laurentiis' restaurant. Her name is everywhere inside.

NEW YORK-NEW YORK — The 24-hour Tom's Urban is headed to Las Vegas with its third outpost and a $5.8 million renovation of the former Sporting House. New renderings give you an idea how this space will look. Next door will be the first Shake Shack in Sin City, a $3.9 million renovation.

ENCORE LAS VEGAS — Botero executive chef Mark LoRusso shares some of his favorite places to eat that include a darling of the food media, a Downtown Thai restaurant and a great pizza joint on the Strip.
