Golden State Team Tossing Prime Pizza Onto Fairfax

James Starr, Jason Bernstein, and Bludso's GM Zak Fishman are creating a much-needed pizza shop called Prime Pizza on Fairfax. The move comes a bit as a result of Damiano's closure (which will soon become Animal's multi-use space). No opening date yet, but expect a Brooklyn-style slice shop run by a bona-fide pizzaiolo. Along with affordable pizzas by the slice, whole pies will be available for delivery in the local area. Starr and Bernstein already own Cofax (with its excellent breakfast burrito) and The Golden State in the bustling Fairfax District.
