3 Cooks Land on Top Chef; Project Pie Open

MELROSE—Count 'em: three LA-based chefs will be competing on this year's Top Chef Boston, including Mei Lin of ink, the local Eater Young Gun winner, Aaron Grissom of Bow & Truss in North Hollywood, and Katsuji Tanabe, the Mexican-Japanese owner of MexiKosher. Premiering October 15 on Bravo, most of the show's hosts and judges are back, with Richard Blais as a recurring judge. [-E-]
