Here's an update on Love & Salt, slated for an early Fall entrance into the heart of Manhattan Beach. With Michael Fiorelli inputting an Italian-inspired menu into the former Cafe Pierre space. Fiorelli's also brought in Rebecca Merhej, formerly at mar'sel and Terranea to handle the day to day chef de cuisine duties and pastry arena, while Guy and Sylvie Gabriele, owners of Cafe Pierre, are sticking around with the operation as partners. When it opens for dinner every day, consider the homemade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and more that will likely be quite popular with the beachside locals.
