José Andrés not only has Bazaar Meat at SLS Las Vegas but a new concept, Ku Noodle, bringing all things Asian to the resort. Open kitchens seem to be a theme at the hotel, and Ku is no different, showcasing chefs pulling and hand cutting noodles right on the casino floor. The 2,007-square-foot restaurant serves up lunch and dinner for 103. Find treats such as siu mai dumplings and loads of noodle dishes.

Philippe Starck consulting through Gensler architects designed this all-white interiors with floor-to-ceiling white tiles and accented with Asian newspapers, flour bags, colorful lanterns, a neon pink pillar, and an archway with chalk art of signature dishes. Go ahead, wander around.
