All things Mediterranean make an appearance at Cleo, the restaurant from chef Danny Elmaleh and named for Cleopatra at the SLS Las Vegas. That's Sam Nazarian's model girlfriend Emina Cunmulaj posing as the Egyptian queen in the 14-foot framed photo that greets guests as they enter. Inside, a dramatic pitched roof, brick-covered central wood-burning oven, marble counters, green and white tiles, and stylish chandeliers deck the 3,795-square-foot space with room for 182.

Cleo originally launched at The Redbury Hotel in 2010 in Hollywood. Here in Vegas, the space includes multiple kitchens and a central wood-burning oven. The menu includes Brussels sprouts, homemade laffa breads, meatball tagine, moussakah and new dishes just for Vegas.
