For the first time ever, the cult favorite Umami Burger features a sports book and a beer garden, now open at SLS Las Vegas. Adam Fleishman's burgers, based on what he call "the fifth taste," are housed in a 6,126-square-foot space with an industrial feel featuring exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The William Hill Sports Book within features a high-definition video wall, and each booth is equipped with its own TV. Not enough? Aside from betting, you can watch sports from one of 50 televisions. Outside, the beer garden has picnic tables, an awning and heaters and misters for year-round use. More than 35 craft beers are housed here with eight rotating draft handles.
