Just one year after its opening in Beverly Hills, Hakkasan is taking a moment to take a breather and fix a few things up inside. Starting August 31 to about September 14, the high-end Chinese restaurant will take some cues from its London outlet and change the entrance to reflect the British original. In addition, they'll be expanding the bar area, and change up part of the dining area. Reservations will be accepted after the September 15 re-opening date, which means all the fancy-schmancy dim sum, spicy prawn, and truffle roasted duck fanatics can have it by the beginning of Fall.
