Petit Trois has had a relatively successful debut in the former Tasty Thai space next to older brother Trois Mec since it opened on July 24, with a steady sandwich-based lunch service and straightforward dinner service late into most evenings. While the lines haven't been crushing or demoralizing, Petit Trois has managed to implement a full menu on weekdays starting September 2, which means one could conceivably enjoy mussels, steak frites, and omelets for lunch alongside the likes of hefty pan bagnats and jamon beurres.
An even better announcement is that starting September 22, the chef supergroup will serve seven days meaning a full 77 hours a week to enjoy the excellent French cooking (and perhaps gaze upon the hard-to-resist Ludo Lefebvre in action). On days it's open, Petit Trois serves noon to 11 p.m., with cocktails until midnight.
