Oscar Hermosillo Treks East With Cerveteca in Culver City

Oscar Hermosillo is on the move, this time eastward with another outlet of his popular Cerveteca now serving on the corner of Venice Blvd and Bagley, just around the corner from Downtown Culver City. Opened some time last week, the creative taco spot currently serves carne asada, organic chicken breast, carnitas, salmon, and veggie tacos, as well as a number of tortas for $9.

The offerings are definitely less than what Hermosillo has in his Venice location, mirroring his Boardwalk outlet with a limited menu. But it's short and sweet, with service until 2 a.m. that will work perfectly for late night revelers in Culver City (which seems to be growing these days). So far the early Yelpage is on the positive side, with high praise for the salsas. Open from Thursday to Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.
