Takara Morphing Into Urban Ramen in Hollywood

Takara, the standard-issue ramen spot on Sunset, it getting a nice little revamp into Urban Ramen, a hipsterfied noodle shop with exposed brick and slick steel seating. The announcement comes in a rather unusual form, a transformed Yelp page that states in the headline: "Takara Ramen Bar will be changed into "URBAN RAMEN" in September 2014, with a remodel occurring through the month of September. No word yet on any menu changes, but expect a similar set of offerings: tonkotsu, spicy ramen, fried rice, and more.
