Chaya Venice's Garlic Fest; 1886's New Menu

VENICE—Chaya Venice is launching their 19th annual Garlic Fair menu available now to August 31 with courses like spicy garlic seafood "tan-tan" soup, Australian wagyu beef with garlic rice, and a 40-clove (!) grilled ribeye. [EaterWire]

PASADENA—1886 has a new summer menu with a savory piña colada, French 86 (sort of like a molecular French 75), and a Calypso, like a rum Manhattan. With perhaps the best overall cocktail menu in Pasadena, it's time to make a trek out to The Raymond for some top notch drinks. [EaterWire]

MID-CITY—Republique now has service seven days a week, including Sunday brunch. Check out the menu below:
