BEVERLY HILLS—Maude's introducing their corn menu early this year because of a great harvest. Here's Curtis Stone's new menu in full, with highlights like a slew of Mexican street snacks, wagyu beef tartare with burnt corn salsa, and blue corn parcels with creme caramel. [EaterWire]

LONG BEACH—Chianina's launching their official chianina beef program on August 19, with two whole steers provided to the restaurant every month from a rancher partner. The unique meat is known for its lean, tender meat.
