Russell Crowe wasn't kidding when he said this was his favorite pie shop in Australia. And now Garlo's Aussie Pie Shop will be his favorite place in Los Angeles, where founders Sean and Nathan Garlick (gotta love that name) are debuting their house-baked offerings of savory and sweet pies starting September 15. Located right in Westwood, next to Trader Joe's, the shop started in 2001 with a single shop in Sydney, becoming one of the most popular brands in the country over time.

Pie choices include lean beef, chicken and veggie, steak, vegetarian, and breakfast picks like bacon and egg. Open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays, 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays. Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
