Tony Hu's Lao Sze Chuan Debuts; Bazaar Meat Menu

PALMS — The Mayor of Chicago's Chinatown opened his first Vegas restaurant. Tony Hu's Lao Sze Chuan brings more than 200 items on the menu including dim sum for lunch.

SLS LAS VEGAS — The menu at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is defined as his "celebration of the carnivorous, in all its forms." Find whole suckling pigs, beef rib steaks sold by the pound, Chateaubriand, Ibérico pork loins and Butifarra spirals, all meant to be shared. Caviar flights, a raw bar and oysters galore make the menu alongside carpaccios and tartares.
