Butchers & Barbers, A New Houston Bros Concept Hitting Hollywood

Though rumored for some time, Butchers & Barbers will be the Houston Brothers next project in Hollywood. With a heavy dose of New Orleans as inspiration, Jonnie and Mark Houston (Pour Vous, La Descarga, Good Times at Davey Wayne's) are upping the game in a major way some time in the next few weeks. Located on the corner of Hollywood Blvd and Hudson, this project will tout the Houston Brothers' first foray into a full-on restaurant, along with cocktails and wine program. Remember that the brothers are also close to opening their nightclub/lounge inside The Line Hotel, which might make every Koreatown hipster's head positively explode.
