Adam Perry Lang's BBQ Returns to Hollywood Oct 7

Barbecue fans will definitely have to make the pilgrimage to Hollywood again this year, behind Jimmy Kimmel's stage, when Adam Perry Lang rolls in his barbecue rig from October 7 to 24. Midtown Lunch tweets that the smoking specialist will bring his Serious Barbecue Backlot to the masses, serving sliced short rib (probably the single best piece of barbecue in Los Angeles), rib eye, strip steak and more.

Once again, it's cash only, lunch only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays to Friday. Though limited, make it a point to find a rare parking spot in the area and line up for Adam Perry Lang's fantastic barbecue while it lasts. And hopefully it'll be enough to encourage the pitmaster to open a brick and mortar in Los Angeles.
