Ian and Justin Hopper didn't think there were enough steakhouses in Beverly Hills, so they decided to introduce La Cienega's Restaurant Row with Hutchinson, an Indonesian steakhouse helmed by chef James Trees. Noah Ellis of Red Medicine is also involved with the operation, adding a seasoned front of house element to the crew. Opening Friday, September 26, step into a comfortable room (done up by Relativity Architects) of striking accents, whimsical decor and and a clubby feel.

As for the menu (which can be seen in full below), start off with something enticing like mushroom spring rolls or chicken satay, then delve into seared Fijian tuna with spicy lettuces. For mains, an American wagyu skirt steak runs a mere $24 straight off the wood-fired grill while whole lobster comes right in the shell to pick apart at the table. Of course, Indonesian classics like nasi goreng (a delectable fried rice), bami noodles, or beef rendang laced with curry and coconut rice come along for the ride.
