With a flagship location in Beverly Hills, Brazilian barbecue specialist Fogo de Chão is taking over the former Roy's location in Downtown's Financial District, reports Brigham Yen. Long considered the best of the all-you-can-eat meat bonanza, the high end steakhouse takes over a massive chunk of real estate right where the big wigs are likely to be entertaining clients. Inside, the old Roy's remains are getting cleared out for Fogo's debut some time in 2015. Fogo de Chão serves everything from chicken to beef to lamb on an endless parade of skewers while a sizable buffet attempts to quell appetites.
