Could Andy Ricker of Pok Pok in Portland, Ore., be headed to Los Angeles? The James Beard Foundation winner of Best Chef Northwest in 2011 told Eater that "a Pok Pok outpost in Los Angeles was high on his list and that he would most likely open in LA's Chinatown."
