DeSano Now Has a Beer and Wine License Plus a Special

New, 3 comments

DeSano Pizza Bakery, the Neapolitan pizza place in East Hollywood, just landed its ABC license and is now serving beer and wine. Managing partner Marino Monferrato, formerly the general manager of Cecconi's West Hollywood, will be curating the list, which includes beer by the bottle such as Peroni and craft brews from local breweries as well as bottles of Italian and California red and white wines, all priced between $25 and $30. Splits of prosecco will be available by request.

Head over there on Wednesday for a $15 pizza and Peroni special during a screening of his debut on Fox's Hell's Kitchen as the maître d for season 13 at 8 p.m. DeSano's master pizzaiolo Massimo Di Lascio will craft a spicy pizza with mushrooms, calabrian peppers, salamino, pomodorini, bufala mozzarella and spicy olive oil for the occasion, available from 5 p.m. to close.
