The concept is called Broken Spanish, a pan-Latin restaurant that boasts traditional elements with modern techniques. Prior to this project, Garcia was doing a mostly California seasonal menu at FIG in Santa Monica. This concept is a bit truer to Garcia's culinary and personal background.
