Brace.

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

I'm thrilled to announce the addition of two new staffers at Eater LA: Farley Elliottwho will be stepping in as Senior Editor, and Crystal Coserwho will occupy the position of Associate Editor. This dynamic duo has been filling the pages of this very website as contributors for more than a few months. Farley comes in as a seasoned food writer with deep knowledge of L.A. restaurants, though his real specialty lies in the streets, where vendors, trucks, and stands serve late into each evening.

Crystal knows the ins and outs of Hollywood, with a keen understanding of the flashier, more buzz-filled places in town, though don't count her out of a taco truck meet up. Both Farley and Crystal will add valuable reporting on all fronts of the ever-burgeoning restaurant scene in Los Angeles. Follow them on Twitter and Instagram to get the latest and greatest from this amazing city's food culture.
