DOWNTOWN— Brothing is apparently the new juicing, and Asian Box is jumping on the bandwagon. The Vietnamese chicken and beef broth used in the fast casual restaurant's pho can now be ordered on its own and flavored with Miss Jones' Sriracha, Peanut Sauce, and Tamarind Vinaigrette. Carbs be gone!
