Bludso's Bar & Que's Noah Galuten and Chelsea Peretti Get Wild With Limp Brisket Hash

It's another installment of Vice's Fat Prince.

Farley Elliott is the Senior Editor at Eater LA and the author of Los Angeles Street Food: A History From Tamaleros to Taco Trucks. He covers restaurants in every form, from breaking news to the culture, people, and history that surrounds LA's dining landscape.

Andy Milonakis is back with his latest installment of Fat Prince, the not-so-highbrow Vice Munchies show that sets a low bar for using quality ingredients properly. The concept is simple: Milonakis combines fancy foodstuffs with whatever crap he can find in the frozen aisle, then lets L.A. chefs (like Kris Yenbamroong and the Animal guys) come in and whip up a dish. There’s always a comedian along for the ride, too. This time, it’s Chelsea Peretti.

Enjoy Milonakis and Bludso’s Bar & Que pit maven Noah Galuten as they put together one seriously fatty brisket hash.
