This ABC notice seems to say so.

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Elia Aboumrad (Top Chef Seasons 2 and 8) and Uyen Nguyen founded Gorge on Sunset Blvd back in 2012, slotted onto the northern part of the Strip serving charcuterie, wine, and French desserts. While there's been plenty in the way of critical attention, from lauds by S. Irene Virbila to LA Magazine, it's been certainly slow going on the Yelp end, where the latest review stems from back in October 2014.

Curiously enough,Top Chef Season 6 Winner Michael Voltaggio's M2 Partners Sunset, LP is slated to become the new owner of the Gorge space. This ABC notice shows the transaction, which was completed back in late December. Voltaggio's ink is controlled by a similarly named M2 Partners Melrose, LP, which confirms the association (it could be related to the two Michaels in the partnership: CAA founder Michael Ovitz and Michael Voltaggio). Ilan Hall was one of the original partners in Gorge, making this a bona fide Top Chef party from the get-go.

No word yet on Gorge's fate at the moment, though it seems to be open for the indefinite future.
