If you haven't yet heard, foie gras is legal again in California, and chefs are going wild. We asked restaurants around LA what dishes they will be putting on the menu to celebrate this delicious news.
First up, Terrine, who is going all out with a full foie gras dinner this Monday, January 12. On chef Kris Morningstar's menu will be:
Foie gras terrine $18
Salade landaise with foie gras for $16
Seared foie gras with chanterelles and banyuls vinegar $24
Tournedo rossini (filet mignon with foie gras) with Perigord truffles $28
Beef stuffed with foie gras and wrapped in Benton's bacon $32
