Eggslut Headed to The Cosmopolitan, The Hottest Restaurants in Vegas, More!

This week, Eater Vegas broke the big news that Grand Central Market's much beloved Eggslut will open its second location within The Cosmopolitan. While the Downtown LA location is only open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Eggslut Las Vegas expects to stay open late every night of the week, with the possibility of 24-hour service in the future. Although no opening date has been announced, the breakfast sandwich champion is currently hiring all positions, so a grand opening shouldn't be too far in the future.
