Watch This LA Pastry Chef Turn Your Favorite Star Wars Memories to Chocolate

Now off-menu at Faith & Flower.

Downtown LA's Faith & Flower has been doing an off-menu Star Wars mignardise plate for weeks now, transforming the usual miniature dessert platter into something pretty special. And now, at long last, there's video of the creations coming to life.

Pastry chef Josh Graves is a lifelong fan of the Star Wars franchise, and figured with the roll-out of the newest film now would be a perfect time to translate that love to his own work at Faith & Flower. The results are pretty staggering, from a a fully realized chocolate Death Star to a miniaturized Han Solo encased in a sweet, sweet faux carbonite.

Check out the above video from the Food Steez team, which shows the magic as it happens.
