Tione’s on Main for Sale Before Ever Officially Opening Its Doors

The two-week pop-up never became a full-time operation.

It's a sad day for downtown denizens. Cassell's own Christian Page tried to turn the old Dr. J's Vibrant Café spot on Main and 4th downtown into his personal project dubbed Tione's on Main. Sadly, the two-week pop-up back in February that was meant to turn into to permanent concept never even got the chance.

After Page's partner pulled out, the NY-style Italian deli went on a long hiatus waiting for its liquor license to come through. Sadly, the 2,700 square foot space just couldn't hold on, and is now listed for sale on LoopNet.

According to the post, the spaces comes with "full liquor and favorable entitlements," (the license must have eventually been approved) and given the location within walking distance of KazuNori and Josef Centeno square (Baco Mercat, Bar Ama, Ledlow, Orsa & Winston), seems like a pretty hot buy.

Think you have what it takes to finally breathe life into the space? Contact here for more information.
